Peanut Sauce

This sauce is used as a dipping sauce for Spring Rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce 

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2-3 Tbsp water as needed

  • Squirt of siracha

  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped


Instructions

  1. Wisk everything together except chopped peanuts. 

  2. Top with peanuts.
