Pizza Two Ways

Pizza is very flexible.  There are many other options to try.  Here are two versions.  

Ingredients

Corn meal crust

  • Boboli red sauce (spread thickly)

  • Mozz cheez, sprinkle lightly

  • Chopped or sliced black olives

  • Toppings: vegan sausage, mex crumbles, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli

    • Basil or arugula or other leafy herb

    • Drizzle thick balsamic vinegar

    • Vegan parmesan

Whole Wheat or tortilla crust

  • Vegan pesto or artichoke spread,

  • Mozz cheese, grated, sprinkle lightly

  • Toppings:  vegan sausage or crumbles,

  • Veggies like zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olives, grilled onions

    • Basil or arugula

    • Drizzle thick balsamic vinegar

    • Vegan parmesan

   

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

    • Corn meal crust:  Cook for 15 minutes

    • Whole wheat or tortilla crust:  Cook for 10 minutes
