Dressing – Green Goddess

I found this recipe online from a trainer who ate vegan.  Its pretty good.  I think the dates could be substituted with something else.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ majool date, minced

  • lemon juice, ½ lemon

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 stalk of green onion, chopped 


Instructions

  1. Chop avocado, then smash.

  2. Add all ingredients.  I haven’t tried this recipe much so I don’t know if it requires a blender.  If so, put all ingredients except green onion in a smoothie blender. Blend quickly, then add green onions.
