Rice Crackers w Cream Cheese Dip

This recipe relies on specific brand ingredients.  I like the Miyoko’s cream cheese (made with cashews) better than Kite Hill which is made with almond milk. The relish is a sweet and spicey relish.


Ingredients

  • ½ container vegan plain cream cheese (Miyokos)

  • ½ jar Harry & David’s Classic Recipe Pepper and Onion relish

  • 1 package rice crackers (Sesmark makes a brown rice cracker)

 

Instructions

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. 

  2. Mix cream cheese and pepper relish together until well blended. 

  3. Serve with any kind of plain rice crackers.
